SUBSCRIPTION
We are currently accepting subscriptions for Friends of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, UK for the 2009-2010 year.
Annual subscriptions, which run from September 1st, 2009 to August 31st, 2010, cost £30.00. Subscriber benefits include a monthly e-newsletter listing upcoming events, reduced cost tickets to many Friends of the NMWA, UK activities, and invitations to "Subscriber Only" events.
Supporting Subscriptions are available at £200.00 per annum and include all the benefits above, plus invitations to exclusive events, priority booking, membership of NMWA (Washington, DC) including award winning magazine, Women in the Arts.
Your subscription fees help to cover the charity’s legal, insurance, banking and accounting costs. We sincerely appreciate your support. *Gift Aid: to enable the charity to claim tax you must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the charity reclaims on your donation in the tax year. Higher rate tax payers can claim further tax relief in their self assessment tax returns.
Please notify The Subscription Secretary, 5 Hollywood Road, London SW10 9HT if:
- You change your name or address while the declaration is still in force.
- Your circumstances change in such a way that you no longer pay income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax that the charity reclaims on your donation.
- You wish to cancel your declaration.
You may find it useful to keep a copy of this form among your records to help keep account of your charitable giving.
